How much the construction of a country house will result in the construction period. The faster the construction will be completed, the more it will be possible to save on wages of the construction team. Also, with this approach, there is more time to work on interior decoration. Consider the main technologies for the construction of country houses.
Block construction
The use of ready -made blocks significantly reduces the time spent on the construction. For such a construction, compositional block elements are used.
Such blocks have two layers between which a layer of polystyrene foam is coming. The outer layer is mainly assigned a protective and decorative function, it is made of ordinary concrete. Ceramzitone is used for the production of the inner layer. All layers are connected using fiberglass rods.
A similar construction technology resembles work with the designer. Each functional element of the building is built using a specific type of block.
Monolithic construction
You can finish the construction even faster by turning to monolithic construction. The frame of the building is made of a monolith of reinforced concrete, which makes it possible to continue the construction of the second and subsequent floors before the construction of the first.
At first it may seem that the construction of a cottage and the use of a concrete monolith is not compatible, since a country house usually has an individual and original project. Nevertheless, as mentioned above, the monolithic frame allows you to accelerate the pace of the construction of the building at times. This type of construction can be addressed when building a garage and a pool or apply it to build a cottage complex as a whole.
Monolithic construction has a number of obvious advantages:
This design can serve up to 200 years;
monolithic frames are durable and reliable;
There are no restrictions in the layout of the premises;
short construction terms;
There is no need for large investments in the final processing of concrete surfaces.
You can accelerate the whole process if you get the formwork and start the construction of subsequent floors, without waiting for the completion of the construction of the first.
Frame construction
In frame construction, the basis of the design is a frame, for the construction of which a beam or glued beam is used. Walls and ceilings are made of boards, ideally, the cross section of which will be 150*50 mm. The resulting voids are filled with insulation.
This type of construction belongs to the most budgetary. For the most part, the simplest tools are required, no special equipment is practically used. Frame construction, along with all the pluses, has a number of disadvantages:
Such buildings are distinguished by poor thermal insulation.
There are restrictions in the supporting abilities of the walls.
A long period of construction due to the fact that there is a need for a large amount of manual labor.
Panel construction
Panel technology is especially popular in cottage construction. The construction of buildings from panels has several varieties:
Frame panels are created at the factory and are completely ready for installation. Such panels can be called a frame made of a strugo board. External panels are additionally sheathed with osp pins.
Insulated panels have a frame from a string board, external cladding, insulation, vapor barrier, a layer of black-winging from the OSP-plate and the finish gypsum plate layer. The use of such panels involves the presence of a lifting crane. In order to save money, it is worth taking such special equipment for rent.
The capital version of insulated panels can be called plastered panels. In this version, the frame is made of a beam 180*60 mm. The gap between the racks is filled with insulation slabs. The outer region is sheathed with osp panels. On top of the plates are glued with polystyrene foam and plastered through the grid.
Wooden panels are made of wooden strips, which are fastened to each other in a large workpiece in area. When preparation for the installation of panels occurs, the grooves necessary for the installation of communications are milling on the inside of the parts. Finishing from the external and inside allows you to expand the circle of both functional application and design ideas.
The use of volumetric modules
Another type of construction of country houses is the construction of buildings using volumetric modules. Ready details are made in special factories. So that the construction speed is maximum, the modules can be fully prepared at the factory. That is, all the necessary communications can be laid in them, as well as the window and door openings. You can also request modules with ready -made interior decoration. To the place of construction, the modules are delivered by car and subsequently erected in the finished structure.
The task of workers includes only consolidating ready -made modules, erecting the roof, as well as the connection of communications. The advantages of such construction are obvious. However, one significant minus prevents modular construction from gaining good momentum, and it consists in limiting the rules for the transportation of oversized goods.
