1. Drawings and details.
In order to avoid errors already at the initial stage (sawing parts for the frame), it is necessary to draw its scheme according to the model of any model on your own or take one of hundreds ready from the network. At the same time, special drawing skills are not required — since only the exact measurement of all linear parameters and the proportionality of the structure is important. We will not represent some finished drawing here, since its characteristic features are completely dependent on the chosen grinder and the diameter of the disk.
2. Features of the frame.
The main thing in its simplest version is a common axis with two frames (upper and lower). The grinder will be screwed to the first, capable of making pendulum vertical vibrations relative to the second. In this case, the initial position is fixed by the spring. The lower frame, stationarily fixed on the platform (for large Bulgarians — from a metal sheet, for small ones from chipboard), will receive a twisted clamping corner with a moving clamp, playing the role of fastening.
3. Measuring line.

Safety

At the first launch of even a new, industrial pattern of ending (not to mention your own assembled), it is necessary to trace the rotation of the disk at idle. If within 30-40 seconds there was no at least the slightest touch of the casing, excessive noise or vibration-the tool can be considered ready-made to work.
IMPORTANT! In no case can you use the ends based on the grinder for the purpose. So, the installation on the grinder of the circle for sawing wood (especially unprocessed — with the possible presence of knots and even outsiders like nails) is strictly prohibited!
