A new model of the budget sedan FAW OLEY is entering the Russian market. It will be possible to purchase a novelty in a number of dealerships since May 20. This information is reported by representatives of the Chinese automaker. Recall that the model was demonstrated back in 2012 at the International Automobile Exhibition in Moscow. Two modifications of the novelty will be offered to choose from: Fort and Deluxe. Both sedan configurations are equipped with a power plant with a volume of 1.5 liters and a capacity of 102 horsepower. Fort equipment is available both with a mechanical and automatic gearbox. The cost of such versions is 430 thousand and 490 thousand rubles, respectively. The basic modification of the car has a power steering, cooling system, front airbags, a media system, rear window heating and other technological innovations. Deluxe modification is realized at a price of 510 thousand rubles. This version is equipped only by automatic transmission. Additional capabilities include: on-board computer, fog lights, climate control system, central remote control lock and new steel wheels. The FAW OLEY car will compete with models such as Lifan Solano, Chery Bonus and Lada Priora. Meanwhile, the German company Opel is developing a new model of a budget hatchback. A demonstration of new items called Viva will take place next year.
